What if I’m not super tech-savvy?Even better. You don’t need to be! I’ll handle the techy stuff and explain things in plain English (no jargon, no judgment). Plus, you’ll have me in your corner for 4 weeks to help you actually use your shiny new setup.

How long does the whole process take?Your main build-out typically takes 2-7 days, depending on the scope. After that, you’ve got 4 full weeks of follow-up support to ask questions, make changes, or just celebrate how great everything is running.

Do I need to be available all day during the project?Nope! This isn’t a Zoom marathon. We’ll do a strategy call at the beginning, and I’ll take it from there. I’ll check in with updates, but your calendar is safe from back-to-back calls.

What’s included in the follow-up support?Think of it as having a systems BFF in your back pocket. You’ll have access to me via email or Voxer (your choice!) for ongoing tweaks, troubleshooting, and questions as you get comfortable using your new setup.
